Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, welcomes the Most Reverend Hosam Nauom, Anglican Archbishop in Jerusalem, and his wife, Rafa, to this Convention, rejoices in his election as Primate of the Province of Jerusalem and the Middle East in 2023, and assures them of our prayers and encouragement as he leads his diocese and Province; 

and further expresses our confidence in his leadership and our solidarity and support in this time of war, displacement, and uncertainty in the Holy Land and in the Middle East.
