Resolved, that the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Louisville, Kentucky, acknowledges and thanks Ms. Mary Kostel, Esq, Chancellor to the Presiding Bishop, for her ongoing effective and devoted service to the Presiding Bishop and the Church.
