Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to His Grace Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan, rejoicing in his episcopal ordination on October 8, 2023; 

and further celebrates the long and significant relationship between our two Churches, praying for a deeper collaboration in our common witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
