Resolved, that the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, sends to our sister, the Right Reverend Gretchen Rehberg, Bishop of Spokane, the assurance of our love and prayers for her as waits for her surgery; 

and further affirms her in her ongoing ministry of her diocese, even in the face of real challenge; 

and further looks forward to the day when she will once again be among us, restored to health and vigor.
