Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to the Most Reverend Bernd Wallet, Archbishop of Utrecht, giving thanks for our long-standing relationship of full communion; 

and further rejoices in the agreement last February of full communion between the Old Catholic Churches of the Union of Utrecht with the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, thereby drawing our three Churches into deeper unity.
