Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to the Most Reverend Dr Theodosius Mar Thoma Metropolitan, Metropolitan of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, rejoicing in the election and consecration of three new bishops in 2023; 

and expresses our thanksgiving to God for the agreement, signed in February, of full communion between the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church and the Old Catholic Churches of the Union of Utrecht, thereby drawing our three Churches into deeper unity.
