Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to the Right Reverend Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa on his recent appointment as the Bishop of the Diocese of North American of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church; 

and expresses our thanksgiving to God for the ministry among us of the previous diocesan bishop, the Right Reverend Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa, who has completed his term as the Bishop of the Diocese of North America and assumed new duties in India.
