Resolved, That the House of Deputies of the 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church expresses its deep gratitude to Canon Chancellor Steve Hutchinson for his many years of devoted service; and be it further 

Resolved, That the House recognizes that he has served the Diocese of Utah for 42 years and is retiring after this Convention, having also served as the Chancellor of Navajoland since 2009; as the convener and member of the Western Episcopal Chancellor's Network from 1990-2024, as the current President of the Episcopal Chancellor's Network, Executive Director of Episcopal Community Services from 2002-2023, Chair of the Title IV Task Force from 2006-2009 and co-author of the Title IV website, and that this is, according to Steve and confirmed by his wife Pam, his 14th and final time serving as a Deputy in this House; and be it further 

Resolved, That this House congratulate Steve on his retirement, and offers best wishes and prayers for his family in their future.
