Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to the Most Reverend Joel Porlares, Obispo Maximo of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente, giving thanks to Almighty God for his installation as Primate on 29 June 2023;

and further gives thanks for our continued Concordat Partnership.
