Resolved, that the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church in Louisville, Kentucky, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to the Most Reverend Martin Modéus, Archbishop of Uppsala;

and further gives thanks to Almighty God for the signing on March 27, 2023, of the Memorandum of Understanding establishing full communion between our two Churches;

and further looks forward to the deepening of the partnership in the mission of the Gospel between our two Churches that this new relationship makes possible.
